Keep losing connectivity to my server

Hello,

New Kimsufi user here.
I just set up a new server with Ubuntu 20.04 and I keep losing connectivity (SSH, Ping, FTP.. .it all just dies) to my server every 10 - 15 mins ... and it stays dead until I restart it from the panel again.
Monitoring is disabled and I see "Server Status: Ok".
What am I doing wrong pls ?
