On 14/02, I paid my bill. The server was expiring that day, but I paid within 6 hours of receiving the email.
I paid using paypal and money left my account.
It occurred to me today that I hadn't noticed any notification emails from OVH or kimsufi ever since, so I went to login and it told me my server was no longer registered with my account.
I use the server to host a website. The website is still running and ssh still works.
While I do backup very often, it'll be a massive hassle if I have to set up my site again with a different server, and at some expense.
I sent Kimsufi a message but I'm not expecting a prompt response.
What can I do?
