Kimsufi servers with 12 months commitment still add setup fee?

The setup fee is the amount you are charged to assemble and connect your dedicated server in our datacentres. These upfront costs are billed once, at the time of service setup, and are not dependent on the contract duration. Please note that for contracts of 12 months or more, setup fees are free."

But I tried that with KS-4 for example and it does not seem to work. The setup fee is still being added.

I need like 10 servers so that will add quiet a bit of initial cost.
