Launching an app

Hi,
I have a problem with small app I created for getting access to API and updating some records, whenever I try to launch this app via SSH it can't connect to website API and just returns error "Connection timed out", I checked this app on few local machines I also use and the problem only occurs when I try to launch it on OVH server via SSH, is there some kind of setting I should change on server?
