Hello, I am experiencing 2 problems :
1) I do not receive any email to recover / reset my password
2) When I enter my ID and password, which are correct, it can log in and enter into my profile 1 out of 10 times ! The rest of the time, it sends me a message saying ID or password is invalid although they are right.
HELP please :)
