Map Drive to Backup Storage on Bare Metal Server

Should be fairly straight forward but I just cannot get it working, I can ping the backup storage host successfully from my server.

I have enabled all 3 protocols on the Backup Storage section and have no fireall or exclusions in place yet, I have followed the instructions below but it won't map a drive, I cannot browse to the \\backuphostname\serverhostname locations either if using file manager.
