Is OVH actually active? Does supports ticket actually handled by anyone?
We trying to reach someone to sort out a payment issue, but we are 3 days with servers down and nobody bothers to even reply to the support tickets.
Tried to Call OVH UK but the phone is not on service....what is going on? Did OVH not working anymore?
Dedicated Servers - Monthly payment done, servers suspended, 3 days without any reply
