Hi,
it's possible to move failover IP blocks from dedicated servers to PCI, however it's not possible to move failover IP blocks from dedicated servers/PCI to a VPS.
I've tested this in singapore. I would appriciate if you can give us the option to movefailover IP blocks to VPS too.
