MX Plan expired

Hello, and first of all, thanks to anyone who takes the time to reply :D

Description of the issue:
A domain name hosted with OVH is linked to an MX Plan 100 for email management only (there is no need for website hosting for this domain name).

For some unexplained reason, this domain name was not set to auto-renew.

I missed the renewal reminder emails because they all went to spam (given the number of scam emails out there...).

I realized the problem on the very day the services were suspended. I immediately logged into my OVH account and renewed the domain name, but I can’t renew the MX service, which is showing as “Terminated”, neither in the hosting menu nor in the mail menu.

In the hosting menu: the page shows “Oops, something went wrong.”
In the mail menu: I only see “service expired” and no option to renew it.

Would anyone have any idea how to fix this?
