my account got deleted for no raison

hello guys well the thing that happened to me is unacceptable , 3 days ago i ordered a vps wich i didnt get it until now , so i started contacting support wich they ignored me all the time this day i tryed to login to my account just to be suprise that my account no longer existe , so i just wanna know what can we call this taking my money + without giving me my order + deleting my account , its no other then scam ,
