My dedicated server with Kimsufi seems to be down and I can not login to Control Panel because after entering valid login and password the system asks for some verification code which was sent to my email. But I can not read my emails, because my emails are exactly on the dedicated server which is down. I can not find any support form or email address for getting support from Kimsufi. Anybody has an idea?

When something similar happens to you again, you can contact the support team by opening a ticket from your control panel, or by accesing the https://www.ovhcloud.com/en/contact/ support page.

The case is solved. For those having the same issue, there is an online form for changing email address at https://www.ovh.co.uk/cgi-bin/en/procedure/procedureChangeEmail.cgi

Thanks, the issue has been resolved. For the case if somebody has the same problem, there is a form to change the email address linked to an account at
https://www.ovh.co.uk/cgi-bin/en/procedure/procedureChangeEmail.cgi . After having changed email address I was able to login to Control Panel and solve the problem.
