So on Wednesday the 29th of November I could access my server, see my websites and ping the server with no issue. But as soon as the huge maintenance outage came around I just thought my server was down because of that, but now since the maintenance is mostly over, and it should not affect my VPS anymore, I tried connecting and still nothing, I've been in rescue mode like ten times still nothing, and when I contact support they tell me to go figure it out myself, but now when I tell them this is THEY'RE fault not mine they just say, we will contact you via ticket, I have like 5 tickets open because of this and this is ridiculous, I demanded my files and they told me the same thing and just closed the chat. So now I'm not even asking I am demanding my files back and some kind of retribution for this down time and near loss of data. This has not happened to me on any other VPS service other than OVH. So now I need my files OVH, as I don't want to take this above support.

I feel your pain.

This is what happens when you choose a company that ..............
look for one that has plenty of happy customers

Have you tried e-mailing the CEO of OVH directly?

I would include in the e-mail links to all the tickets,
or even better copy all the tickets info into the e-mail.

If that does not help, normally social media post where they selling their products to potential customers would be the "ultimate hit".

I guess that the support has been sub-contracted and this is the result.

Please let us know how/if you managed to resolve it.
