Network range in vRack suddenly unreachable

This morning was a incident with vRack on RBX7:

Although as solved, our network range in vRack is completely unreachable, neither for outside nor from dedicated server in vRack. Everything worked fine until this morning and nothing changed from us. Support contacted but still no response or fix :rage: We rebooted the server and tried this:

but without success. All VPS with those IP's are working.

Any idea what we should check? Any help would be appreciated.
