I created an account yesterday and bought a VPS. The money was received from my bank account. But I got a "Payment not received" error on OVH. I created a support ticket. I waited for 10 hours, but no response. When I check my ticket after 10 hours, I couldn't log into my account. I tried to recover my password. But I did not receive a recovery mail. Then I tried to open a new account with the same mail and I was able to open a new account. My previous payments and support ticket are not in this account. Yesterday, I created a ticket again on the new account, but there was no response for 12 hours. Could you help?
New Account, products, payments and support ticket have been deleted for no reason?
