My order is stuck in validation since 11h30. I use the same paypal account every time for payment and still have to go through anti-fraud validation every time I place an order. This usually isn't an issue I can speak to someone in support over the phone to let the order through quite quickly. Not this time though. I have called twice, was put on hold for 30 minutes only to have the call disconnected. I opened a ticket (487330116) with no answer.
What is going on OVH?
