Good day,
I placed an order(97074231) for a SP-128 server in the UK Datacenter on the 22nd of October at 9:13, I believe the lead time was 120S on the order info. When the server was not yet live after 24 hours I created a support ticket on my profile on the 23rd of October at 12:30 asking what the status was. I also sent a mail to the OVH support listed on site. The OVH support mail responded with an incredibly vague generic reply which simply told me to create a support query. I took screenshots and mailed them back on this reply showing that no answers were being provided on my support query. This mail was met with exactly the same genric response, as well as subsequent emails.
To date, on the 29th of October at 8:54 I still do not have the server I've paid for and OVH hasn't even bother responding to my support request. Is this the level of support generally provided by OVH, simply ignoring your customer or whats going on here?
