Other ovh account possible theft?

Hi, I ordered a VPS like last week on the account:

I could login and stuff and track the order then, the next day I couldn't login or reset password nothing works but if I try make a new account with the email used on the invalid account it doesn't work.

I also sent an email but I need to do it from the control panel which I cannot access.

So could someone send a reset password to
