OVH are frauds and it's really not acceptable (IP moving capability)

I was interested in the SYS-5-SAT-32 package that has been on sale recently. I already have a old SYS server with IPs and I called the customer sales line, and was assured I could move my IPs.

All good right? HAHAHAHAHA NOPE!

The transfer functionality doesn't work on the OVHCloud site, and the useless and patronizing support team have been stringing me along for 2 weeks claiming "oh, its a temporary problem, it'll be fixed soon", but claim they are unable to say when it will be fixed, nor can they notify me when it is fixed, so this sounds like either complete lies, or OVH are a bunch of amateurs.

Best part of all? I signed up for a 12 month commitment. So now I'm stuck with a server that is completely useless to me, that I only reason I decided to buy was a complete lie. So now I have to pay for 2 servers, which I can't afford, during a financial recession, all because OVH clearly don't make enough money from their customers, they have to scam them too.

I don't really expect any positive response from OVH here nor in my support ticket. I just want people to be aware to be very careful about believing anything that comes out of an OVH employees mouths.

The admins will probably delete it, and I hope they do, as it'll just prove my point that OVH are trying to sweep any mention of their fraud under the table, and I would be more than happy to repost.
