OVH's anti ddos seems garbage for me

Hey,

I've followed every guide out there to setup the firewall (which I did), though my websites goes down for even the smallest attack possible - that could've been mitigated easily. I've contacted their support team which barely responds, or whenever they feel like doing so. They always come up with the same "PCAP" thing, which does nothing but monitor your traffic.

Does anyone know how to properly fix this yourself instead of having to wait for their support team? (that isn't even solving it) Mode is set to permanent (did that because it wasn't even detecting the attacks)
