Hi,
I paid for my suspended vps today (order id 104384418) but it still looks expired on ovh control panel. Actually, with the automatic payment seems to have been taken from my account on March 5 but I paid again to prevent vps to suspended.
When can my vps be re-activated?

I am having the exact same problem and do not know what to do.
If you have fixed your problem could you tell me how?
And if it 's not fixed yet we probably should contact customer service.
There was no solution until I called OVH Canada, which is the main country. They first wanted me to call Ireland, saying that the money issues are dealt with by them. I couldn't reach them. 2 day later, I called Canada again and they were more helpful then. They said there seemed to be something wrong because they could see that there was no unpaid bill. They opened an urgent ticket and my vpn was on again. However, by the time the problem was solved, I had already found another company. I am not going to use OVH again!! I recommend you to do the same thing if you use their VPN service for business.
