I ordered a 1 × VPS Comfort 4 vCPU 8 GB RAM 160 GB disk service on: 2020.04.29
From the minute i sent the money, it says "pending", it needs an "authorization" from the merchant. It has been 2 days, and i still have not received the service i payed for!!! This is unacceptable!!! I have wrote a ticket, but there was no respond... What should i do? I want the service i payed for, or i want my money back!!
