pfSense VM + /28 block of IPs

I have installed xcp-ng on my bare metal instance with a block of /28 additional IPs

I have pfSense running as a VM

The 1st IP is allocated to the pfSense WAN and works well (139.99.215.145)

The 2nd IP is added as a virtual IP in pfSense and fowarded to a Linux VM (139.99.215.146) (LAN ip: 10.44.50.104)

I can ping the 2nd IP (139.99.215.146) but nothing else works. I have both SSH & http enabled and running.
