1- I know it is a stupid question but I should ask you. I want to purchase a VPS SSD service. First I want to know do you guarantee the Internet connection of your services? It is very important for me that my server doesn't be off at all.
2- Can I improve the purchased plan in the future or not?
3- Are forums the only available way of communicating with OVH support team or you've provided customers with more solutions? Email? Ticket system? Live chat? Skype? Mobile apps? etc...
