Private SQL - 1G RAM Overflow and [Warning] Connection attributes of length 102 were tr

Hallo,
please, how i can find where is problem with this (i have more domain on hosting):

First problem
Overflow RAM after update from 512 MB to 1 G, there is stil problem - the overflow ram - minimal ones a day.
