Probleam loading specic web sites

when i try to load this 3 website:

moduli.comune.verona.it;
www.anthesi.it;
support.anthesi.it;

I get 3 different errors. On moduli.comune.verona.it i get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET; on www.anthesi.it i get ERR_TIMED_OUT and on support.anthesi.it i don't get any error but the web page still black. All of this web sites are behind the same ip address according to nslookup (164.132.89.3)
I can reach all this websites from my mobile 4G connection.

Do you have any solution about this problem?
