I made soyoustart account, but cant place order. I have something like "Customer account not valid"
When I tried to create support thicket from account I get this one !error|690x343

In order to validate your account, please send the following information to customersupport@ovh.ie:
- Proof of ID (national ID, passport or driving licence) IMPORTANT: Please also write down your 'NIC HANDLE' on a piece of paper and place it next to the document so that both are visible in the photograph,
- Proof of Address (Utility Bill or Bank Statement not older than 3 months), ideally an original PDF file downloaded from your online banking / supplier’s website. Address in national ID/ passport are not considered as proof of address.
If you have created a company account we also require:
- Company registration documents.
We do not accept:
- black and white photocopies
- low quality pictures
- files on external file sharing websites
