Problem with my FiveM Server

For some reason i cant connect to my fivem seerver that i have hosted in here.
when i tested the connection using the port 30120 i got this error:

I have made the rules on the internal firewall of the computer and also in the one that the console let you build with 20 rules.

Still getting timeout errors.

Any help?
