Recommendations for a file relay server in Asia?

Hi there all!

Has anybody recommendations for a relay file server in Asia? A lot of GBs of files will need to flow through this server every day, ideally with high speeds :) Saw that there's a cap of 10 mbps for Asian VPSs after X amount of TB, which isn't ideal for my use case.
