I bought the domain on ovh.com, I bought my vps on ovh.com. How do I now set up the DNS so that the domain points to the vps?

Hi Everyone,
I would like to continue this topic. Let's say I want that my domain points to an ip adress and a specific port, where I am running my webapp. For example:
I have the domain mywebsite.ovh
I have my vps and a webapp running under the ip and port: 12.345.67.890:8080
How can I setup that the domain directs to a specific port? In this case 8080.

Hi, I'm not sure why it is not working for me. I created an A record with my failover IP that I want the website to point to (not the default IP if the server). Do I leave the default ovh nameservers as they are? For example ns100.ovh.net
What is a good TTL for A records? My was showing 0.
