Renewing taking over 12 hours now?

So I forgot to renew my dedicated server and renewed like one and a half hour after it got suspended
now I have been waiting for over 12 hours to have it delivered and all my sites are offline.
I've also contacted them but their support system is dead as a rock. Responses take literal ages.
(previously this only took about 20-30 minutes)

Would I be able to cancel it now, then renew again somehow and then get refunded for one of the payments (if I have to pay again)?
Maybe something went wrong with the renewal.
