Replacing the dedicated server hardware

On a theoretical note, is it possible to get the server hardware replaced with another one?

I.e. move the boot drive to another dedicated server.

Is there an option or a service?

Also filetransfer doable.

Thanks

Hello,

On a general rule, the answer is no.

In certain servers (more on the high end of the catalog) you can add memory or peripherals. But certainly not swap components between two servers (e.g. a system disk)

Hello,

The previous response is correct. The simple answer is that it’s not possible, and this applies to almost any data center as well.
