RISE-3 - where is the second Disk?

I have a dedicated server as follows
**RISE-3 - Intel Xeon E5-1650v4 - RAM 64GB LEG - **2x 2TB** SATA Datacenter Class Soft RAID**
After windows 2019 installation, I found only one Disk with 2 TB
How can I get the second Disk ?
