Question

Server paid in advance, but suspended for non payment

1. Server expired 4 March 2018
2. Paid via Paypal 2 March 2018 for 3 months
3. Received email confirming payment
4. Received email suspending service for non payment 12 March 2018
5. Tried to access server today (15 March) - no joy (only now did I find the emails etc.)
6. OVH Manager says renewal date 31 May 2018

Raised support ticket, but past experience concerns me in that all data will be wiped on 17 March before anyone even looks at it. What other options do I have? I'm in Australia trying to deal with OVH France. Thanks in advance
