Server purchased but not delivered

Hi, today I purchased a Soyoustart dedicated server that should be delivered in 120 seconds acording to the webpage but once I paid I didn't receive anything. Hours later I opened a support ticket complaining about my order and they answered that my server is out of stock and it could take 10 days or maybe more to process my order... It's very irresponsable not to respect the purchase conditions, it was 120 seconds not days, be careful with Soyoustart. Now I don't have my money either the product.
