Bit of a last resort with trying to get assistance, understand this is a public community but hoping a staff member can reach.
I have had a support ticket open for 3 days without no reply, for some reason the phone support sits in a queue with no answer, and I’ve tried Twitter support to no avail, and the ticket isn’t getting any traction either.
Is there a staff member here who can reach out to here to help me along?
