As I'm not able to find any place for a complaint about the service quality provided by OVH. I'm writing here. If I had known it before I would never have bought any domain with them.

26.07 I want to buy eu domain as individual and be sure my personal data is hidden. To be sure to do it correctly I'm contacting the support before buying. Débora P. from the support gave me wrong instructions. In the result:
- in whois database my company details (ADDRESS, FULL NAME, COMPANY NAME, EMAIL) has been shown in public
27.07 Débora P. proritized this request to fix this issue (one day after my message with the issues above)
31.07 Hopefully the **request was proritized** and **it took only 4 days** for them to act. In the result my details are still there....
... a lot of ping pong with the support .... finally only email address was visible in public, but this email is recognized as personal data under GDPR rules (separate complaint to the data officer was sent), so it must be hidden, so the story continues.

_The ONSITE contact corresponds to the technical contact of your OVH service, unfortunately due to Eurid registry rules it is not possible to hide the email address. _

_To do what you request you can change your OVH account email ******** or you can create a new OVH account to manage the technical aspects of your services, once the account is created you will have the customer ID._
I did what was requested, but nothing has changed. New ping pong and waiting time....
20.08 This time Rafael L. wrote:
_The onsite contact is the admin contact. For technical contact, it is the OVHcloud data automatically because the technical contact must be a company. _

_We have hidden the OVHcloud data for the technical contact, but we cannot display the customer data._
So, Debora was wrong. I have to change admin contact, not technical one (if Rafael knows what he is writing about).

So, It's almost one month and they don't know how to protect personal data. They don't know the product they are supporting. But they love closing the ticket just after sending any message to me. I'm not sure how many times I was rejecting and reopening the same ticket.
