New VPS in Australia and South-East Asia have traffic limit/ For example APAC1 - 1 TB traffic * Up to 100 Mbps bandwidth, reduced to 10 Mbps once your monthly traffic quota has been exceeded
This restriction apllied to incoming or outgoing traffic?
