Hi. We have two of VPS (VPS 2016 SSD 3) on the Strasbourg (SBG1) - France.
For some reason, technical support is provided to us from Ireland. Already six hours we can not to receive a response about the removal of an additional drive, for order to order a larger disk. Is it normal?
After that we want to migrate our VPS (data, IPs) into US or CA OVH datacenters and CHANGE our technical support to the people, who are responsible . Is it real? Thank you.
