Trasfering problems

Hello i have a problem i m taring to transfer same domains here in OVH but i have a problem on the last step of the transfer i get a log in here a scrrenshot https://prnt.sc/mDlrw4s_RQYn i add here my credentials because i am an already a client on OVH but it wont log in tried the same credential i write or copy paste on the main login to enter on the cPanel works but here wont work i thank it may be a bug or something , how can i solve this problem because i want trasfer my domain as soon as passable
