Trying to renew a domain

I go to my panel and select my dot co dot uk domain and hit renew, it brings up

Then it brings up

This service has ongoing operations.

I have checked the "on-going operations tab" on my account and it lists a previous domain transfer not this domain something about contact verification but that domain is all fine and dandy nothing wrong with it
