Two quick sanity-check questions about my new hosting account

So I think everything is ok with my hosting, but I'm a noob so can I get a quick yes or no about two things please?

My Wordpress is up and working, my domain points to it, and I have a Let's Encrypt SSL cert set up for the domain that seems to work great. However, I only enabled SSL for the domain in my multisite settings, not for the OVH cluster URL which also appears there. Does that sound correct?

The other question is about the "Site not installed" message I see when I access my site's IPv4 address directly. Is that normal? When I access it via domain it works great, this is only about the IP address shown in General Information settings.
