UK IP pool with a location that traces back to France

Hi -
Has anyone come across this before or is it just me? - I order a UK server and then added 8 extra IP's I'm using the server for VM's but when I come to setup one one of the VM's with the an IP from the pool I found out that the all the IP's point back to France even after ordering UK location. The server IP is fine that one point back to London. I did get an reply from support telling me that RIPE database has geolocated in the UK not much help for me!! When I do a IP trace it's location is still in France - and why is the 8 IP's out of the range of my Server IP? ( So when I offer the VM's to my customers in the UK what is the first thing they will do... an IP trace showing France and not the UK) whats going on with OVH when you advertise & sell UK IP's and then you get a trace reading to France?
