the problem is when i change my theme or update any thing in my site , in mobile nothing change no theme change or post ( the new and the old post) it only show the last theme here exemple

the old theme only and when i move to the next page on mobile other old theme appear
i tried to delete all in my host ( theme and plugins and data base) but still the some problem
