Use Dedicated Server for 4 diferents functions

In which the weighted server will be with the following specificities:

In which my intention is that each disk has a different functionality:
1st SSD disk- Plesk system which will contain WEBSITES and email addresses;
2nd SSD disk - Ubuntu 16.04 Server System To be compatible with the application we want to install on that disk (bigbluebutton);
1st SATA DISC - Winsdows Server system where it would be used as if it were our company's server;
2nd SATA DISK - the intention of this second disk will be to use it as a repository for general backups of the company, both for files and data for several applications.
For that, each disk would have to have a different IP so that there is no conflict because in the case of the BBB Application (bigbluebutton) it cannot come into contact with anything on the other disks. So that its installation and functionality is not impaired.
My most important question is the following, is it possible to perform as I thought?
