VPS blocked what now?

Hello, everyone
I have a problem. I got a VPS on January 4th, 2023. This one was banned a few days ago for alleged suspicious behavior. I have already activated the 2FA authentication, changed my password and tried to activate the IP again via the OVH API. But nothing helped. What else do I have to do to get my server activated again? I have called the OVH customer support (telephone) several times and each time I was told that a German support employee would call me back in about 30-60 minutes. But unfortunately this never happened. Please help me to get my server back.
