My VPS server has 1 month left before its payment is due. I tried to pay for the server with my card, but I received the error message: "The payment is in error." When the first payment attempt failed with the card I’ve had saved and have been using for years, I tried paying with three different bank cards, but I kept receiving the same error.
I contacted the OVH Support Center and submitted a ticket, but I haven’t received any response for 3 days. After the card payments kept failing, I sent a 6-month server payment via bank transfer (IBAN). However, even after 2 days, I still haven’t received any response regarding that either.
I’m about to lose my mind — the customer support is incredibly bad. I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help me!
