VPS service paid but OVH terminated

Hi community,
my VPS server renews every 4th in month, and when I tried to pay service using PayPal and my credit card I got some errors, and later after few minutes I tried again with PayPal and payment was sucessfull but not registered by OVH bill system. Checking my PayPal account summury I can see that I have paid to OVH.
Few days after 4th September I got email from OVH saying that my VPS service will be permanently suspended if I don't pay . I contacted support few times via email and support ticket trough OVH account, but unsucessfully. They didn't respond at all.
OK, I have paid my service, and I have decided to pay again so they don't suspend VPS, but then while trying to pay I got error colored in red.

I hope someone from OVH support will respond here and start chat with me to solve this issue.
PLease note that you OVH are responsibe to provide paid service by TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
