vrack between Virtual Machines of different servers

Hi

I connect betwwen vrack the host (proxmox - vmware), can ping between servers, but I cannot do with windows VM inside the two virtualization hosts.

Any person do it? without nats,etc, The 2 VM of different Bare Metal servers can view betwwen directly? Only with network config of the virtualization enviorement?
