web hosting suggestion

I am looking for web hosting using Cpanel. I have the application run using PHP/MySQL.

Each time when customer book application. I am looking to clone this application for them but I want to make separate Cpanel ( DB and File ) for each of them and give access.

Customer may ask for 10 GB and some customer asks for 50 GB. Based on customer I would like to make tailor-made webspace for them. Customer should have capable of increase or decrease his web space any time.


EXAMPLE
abc.domain.com : 5 GB
xyx.domain.co.m : 10 GB

123.domain.co.m : 100 GB

In future I may require increasing 5 GB to any of the sub domain
Example : xyx.domain.co.m : 15 GB

For each user I give 1 GB for document upload. FOr 100 Users will come to 100 GB
