What is going on with my VPS

Hi,

my VPS was affected by the fire. At the moment I have no idea what is going to happen with my server. I got an email saying i will get the amount of my February 2021 invoice x6 free of charge but I haven't got a follow up email after that. can somebody help me figure out what is going to happen with my VPS and how I can get it back into service either in SBG or elsewhere. I would like to know what the follow up actions are going to be since there is fairly little communication to our side concerning the VPS status in SBG.
My server was located in SBG-1 but now on my dashboard t says SBG-4 but I still can't access it.

Please help, I don't know what to do.
